Its not be many day’s that S-Voices (alternative of Siri) has been leaked out from its original Samsung Galaxy SIII ROM, now the Samsung claims to block the S-Voices and calls it as a “Test-version” that may not be comes with the final product. It is not confirmed whether it will be able to run other samsung galaxy SIII devices after its launch.
An initial test version of S Voice which was found online has been blocked as Samsung Electronics does not want consumers to judge the quality of the voice feature based on a test version. When the product is launched, users of GALAXY S III will be able to fully experience S Voice.
Now the S-Voices is completely un-functional giving the “Network Error”, while it was working previously and we did thought it will function well in other devices with the leaked version. But if you are really looking for using the S-Voices XDA-Developers has come up with the fix and making it work for all ICS devices. Now lets start with the process, assuming you have already installed S-Voice app in your ICS device. Now use root explorer to edit your build.prop to mimic that of the SGSIII. Do the following changes in your build.prop file,
Do the same with line ro.product.device
Now save the changes, reboot your device and enjoy the S-Voice for your ICS device. 😉
*Note: Changing your build.prop can cause Google wallet not to function.
